ICON INJECTOR for Universal builder

icon_inject.py modifies the source code before the build — it inserts iconbitmap/iconphoto directly into the .py file. This means when the builder runs PyInstaller, the icon is already part of the application code, not just an EXE metadata flag. PyInstaller freezes the code together with the icon call, so it appears everywhere — in the window title bar, taskbar, and as the file icon. Both tools work on the same .py file — first icon_inject, then UNIVERSAL-BUILDER.
